Portsmouth have signed young Yang Min-Hyeok winner for a long-term loan from Tottenham Hotspur.
The 19-year-old moved from K-League on the Gangwon side to join Spurs in January and immediately went to loan to the QPR championship, where he scored twice in 14 games during the second period of last season.
Yang also represented South Korea at the Under-17s World Cup and won his first international hat in March.
“Yang was a very estimated player when he came to join the Spurs in January,” Portsmouth manager John Mousinho said.
