I Philadelphia Flyers remembered striker Olle Lycksell from The Lehigh Valley Phantomsit was announced on Saturday.
Drafted by the Flyers in the sixth round of the 2017 NHL Draft, Lycksell played exclusively for the Phantoms this season, collecting nine goals and 15 assists for 24 points in 25 games.
Arriving in North America at the start of the 2022-23 season, Lycksell has appeared in 26 NHL games, scoring one goal and adding five assists.
Currently leading the Phantoms in scoring, Lycksell has been making a difference at the AHL level. Although he is still uncertain with the Flyers, his performance has been noticed by the management of the Flyers and he is being rewarded. If he continues to play like this he can fully participate.
