NFL started binding Congress on ESPN Dell

The agreement between the NFL and the ESPN is “non -bound”, as it is unapproved by the federal government.

The league has begun the process of securing the blessing of Uncle Sam.

By Reuters, NFL is with Performed the outreach 30 different Congress offices. Lobbying attempts to discuss the terms of the agreement and to explain how consumers will be more choice.

(We are not sure how ESPN owner and/or NFL media assets and 10 % of the NFL owners will be the result of consumer choice, but we are not in the group that is trying to lobby.)

The Justice Department will review this arrangement. This will not be approved for at least one year, if not at all. And the current administration is a wild card that will undoubtedly cause NFL, ESPN, ABC, and Disney: (1) will not take any action suddenly. And (2) Think of happy thoughts.

“This deal can cost more for consumers, as sports media can restrict Disney’s dominance options in sports media and increase prices for services or sports,” said Attorney Andre P.

Other NFL broadcasting partners may also raise concerns. The league owns 10 % of the ESPN, the NFL is now competing with its partners. ISPN is interested in helping to win the endless competition of eyes and money.

Of course,, NFL’s other broadcasting partners is an easy solution – find them a way to give them equity too.

Since the league was already a part of Sky Dennis, and since the Skydance now owns Paramount, the league is a part of the CBS. Why not fencing a piece of Fox or Amazon or Netflix or any other/all other companies that are broadcasting NFL Games?

And, yes, it includes a comic, NBC company. If/when this happens, things around here can be interesting.

Say the least
