Euro 2025: Bus of the Wales team involved in a traffic traffic event

Wales’ euro 2025 buses have been involved in a road traffic on the way to their press conference in St Gallen.

The Wales Football Association says all the players and employees who were on the bus were not kept.

However, BBC Sport Wales understands the ambulance was at the scene to attend the driver of another car.

Head coach Rhian Wilkinson and Captain Angharad James were not on the bus when they were attending a Wales press conference before Wednesday D’s game against France.

“Everyone is okay,” Wales head coach Rhian Wilkinson said.

“Our priority is to keep them all together and away from the scene. We will be watching to make sure they all continue to be the same.

“This is going on right now so we are trying to be as clear and as clear as possible.

“I think everyone, from all the reports, is the same as we just need to make them all together and keep everyone away from the scene.

“Most importantly I think the driver of another car is the same as well. We’ll let everyone know as soon as we know for sure.”

The Wales training session scheduled to be held at the stadium on Tuesday has been canceled because of the event, although Wilkinson’s squad can provide training later that day.
