David Allison NFL is not worried about using the right to remove CBS Dell soon

NFL broadcast deals include the ability to plug if the network undergoes control change. The CBS has changed control.

The new network owner is not worried about pulling the NFL plug.

“(T) Hey is still out, but this is not something we are worried about,” said David Allison, chairman and CEO of Paramount Skydance, in a CNBC appearance.

He added that there was no discussion with the league about the change in control.

“Although, what I can tell you is that we are both determined to become a partner for the future,” said Allison. “And when we arrive as a public trading company, you know, we cannot clearly reveal unless we get there.”

Although Commissioner Roger Godel has said it “Will see“At the appropriate time, there is no reason to believe that the league will exclude the CBS package for bidding, especially with the NFL a piece of Dennis.

The biggest question that arises is whether the current partners will continue to broadcast the NFL Games, when the League is following their right to eliminate all deals after the 2029 season.

“We believe that we will be in business with NFL for the near future,” Allison said about Paramount and CBS.

Given the interest of league ownership in both institutions, it is difficult to imagine not to continue with ESPN and CBS. Of course, it is difficult to imagine that the NFL is interested in ownership of several broadcasting partners, and we are still here.
