Podz clarifies comments from after the Warriors’ win vs. Timberwolves first appeared on NBC Sports Bay Area

Brandin Pod Ziemia it doesn’t take much time to know that it should be explained and put it right in the comments you make after the Warriors’ win on Saturday night.

The second-year NBA guard posted a message on X, previously Twitter, responding to the response during his post press conference where he said “I’m not really thinking. I’m just playing.”

Shortly after that The Warriors’ 113-103 win over the Minnesota Timberwolves at Target Center, coach Steve Kerr said about how Golden State’s young players need to play with Steph Curry.

Kerr’s comments were attributed to Podziemski.

“I’m not really thinking. I’m just playing,” Podziemski told reporters. “When I’m there and I’m open, I shoot. If not, I play a game, I don’t look too much. I know we have Steph Curry on the court and if it’s open, I I’ll throw the ball at him.

At the time, Podziemski clearly did not see anything wrong with what he said, but after seeing the reaction, he knew he needed to clear the air.
