Crystal Palace were unsuccessful in their appeal against the isolation of the Europa League and will play in the conference league this season, the BBC Sport has been told.
The decision from the Sports Arbitration Court (CAS) also means the location of the Nottingham forest in the Europa League has been confirmed, if it has been promoted to the White House.
