FPL 2025-26: Best options, different from who to avoid this year

Talisman: Simon Adingra (£ 5.5m)

The Ivory Coast winner was attracted to the spelling in Brighton, when he was given during the game, and Sunderland have spent 20m pounds to bring him to the TAA Stadium.

He is likely to put down the starting point from the left wing of the black cat and that the position should lead to the return of FPL – and 25 to start two seasons ago he scored six times and was close to 100 marks.

Different: Granit Xhaka (£ 5m)

To: Xhaka made 33 Bundesliga matches for Bayer Leverkusen last season, scoring twice and delivering seven assistants. Maybe he will have to play more in Sunderland, he had previously wrapped himself up as one of the central operators in a 3-4-2-1 format in Leverkusen, but should help increase his defensive contributions.

He got an average of 7.6 to 90 of those (with 12 are needed to score two points) in his last season in Arsenal, but this will undoubtedly increase the play of the newly promoted club. For only 5m pounds, he may be a facilitator your team needs to afford another payment.

Avoid Player: Reinildo (£ 4m)

To: Sunderland had the fourth best defense in the championship last season but their 17 pure shots were much lower than Burnley (30) and Leeds (25), suggesting that they could not put many in the Premier League.

Reinildo is a new signing signing left-back, but three goals and one helps in 140 La Liga and Ligue 1 indicates the attack will be in the short term. Despite the £ 4m price label, I will be blocking him and any other Sunderland defenders.
