Some questions were answered and some questions were raised in the link at the Eagles’ forecast on Thursday night.
Six months after defeating the Chiefs in the Super Bowl Leaks, the Eagles returned to the field and dropped the Bengal 34-27 out of their three preview games.
A month even when they are actually playing football.
1. I was really interested in seeing how the corners of the Eagles who would benefit against Berro and Jamr Chase, and the answer was not good. Bro went to 9-For-10 for 123 yards with two touchdown passages, nor did Kelly Rango or Adori Jackson, who are competing for the initial Cornerback job, did something to create confidence that they could handle it. Now, dealing with bro and chase is a rigorous demand for anyone, but both Rangu and Jackson had opportunities to make plays, nor did anyone. Jackson defeated the chase on an out that first went down, and Rango was out of position to chase the left side from bro on 23 yards. Then after a short catch, he wandered badly on the chase, which later turned into a long TD in the first quarter. Both also allowed the first downpace from Jack Browning to Charlie Jones in the second quarter-an 11 yard vs Rango and 20 yard vs Jackson. It is still relatively early early, it’s bro and chase, and the Eagles did not prepare for the game. It is not like Rangu and Jackson were studying Bangladesh film this week. Yet it was bad. One reason is that the Eagles went out and found Cornerback Jacquerine Bennett on Monday. If either Rangu or Jackson has yet to own the job of this CB2, this is not the move they make. Rango and Jackson did not show the Eagles’ consistency because they try to change Dars Sally. And no one helped himself Thursday night. Don’t surprise if Bennett gets some representatives with this coming week.
2. I will never be surprised to see how the tanner McKy’s draft was not drafted until the sixth round. In a league where everyone is intensely trying to find Caliber Quarterbacks, it was the 188th player and the 13th quarterback in 2023. I mean, how nice this kid is? His size is very good, he is smart, he is right, he is hard, he orders the hood and he has found a big arm. Whether it’s the last preview or the end of the last year at the Giants and Cowboy game or Thursday night in the link against the defense of the bungalows on Thursday night
There are many starters, he is always fast, he is always fruitful and rarely makes mistakes. And I like how he is throwing it into a tough windows in a game of meaningless predictions, maybe to see what he works. There is no question that Hua Mann gets a commercial inquiry for Makki on a day, but when you are trying to win a Super Bowl and you have an early quarterback that hurts Jillin, you need a QB2 that you can win a big game, and McKie has shown that. Eagles need more McKeky to pick up a draft. Makki is really good. He finished 20-For-25 for 252 yards with the rating of two TDS and 139.5 passersby, playing the first half and a series in the third quarter and scoring 27 points on six drives. He was very fast. He is always very fast. –
3. You are looking for one of the WRS fighting for the fourth and fifth places to separate from the group, and last year, the 6th round Chen, Johnny Wilson, did the same with McKek’s three big catchs. Wilson has such a large size 6-6, and we know that he is the next level blocker, but the catches that made it on Thursday night showed a dimension of his game that we had never seen before. On
First, McKi threw a 50-50 ball, and Corner Josh Newton received it. Hands on the ball but could not control it, and Wilson showed a tremendous concentration to remove it from the air and keep it 27 yards safe. And at 28 yards in the second quarter, Wilson was placed in the whole place by Corner Jillian Davis but still
27 Yard came down with a catch. And at the end of the second quarter, he defeated the Bet corner Brooks to achieve 18 yards. This is the boy who did not have more than nine yards last year and
He goes to 3-For-73 in one and a half. They are the plays that you get on the 53 -member roster.
4. Darus Cooper is another young recipient who helped himself a big time on Thursday night. Cooper, a Tarleton State, has shone in an unmarried Dokhbaz camp and has built it in his first NFL game. It had six catches for 82 yards, including athletic 20 yard touchdown and fourth downs before half the time.
Change in the third quarter. Cooper is offering its way to this backup WR photo and such performance is widespread for it. Tarleton State is not a high profile program at all. It is an FCS school in Stephenville, Texas, about 100 miles southwest of Dallas. Cooper made anonymity last year despite a huge production with 76 catches in 1,450 yards and 14 touchdowns. And despite playing at the FCS level at the United Athletic Conference, it has shown a ton of confidence in the practice and you do not make the plays that make the plays last night without feeling comfortable and confident at this level. Cooper has raised the crime and made plays, and it is fun to see. Ainiyas Smith also helped himself against this WR depth, caught a dart from Makki for a touchdown of six yards just before the half -time and added 46 Yard Pont return. Then you need to feel much better about the depth of the wide recipient of the Eagles.
5. Jihad Campbell left an intervention on a ball given by the recipient Isaiah Williams, and it was not the easiest game – he had to dive to raise his hand on the ball – but what I liked was how much Campbell was about. He violently hit his hands after the drop and was still hitting himself in the helmet several minutes later. About it, he got a little grief from his fellow fellow. But I like to see that a man is bothered after losing the game in a preview game. The game does not matter and the score does not matter, but it is certainly important from Campbell. Love her, love her fondness, love her how much she cares. Although he didn’t make this game, you can’t lose athleticism, speed and strength in his game. He still has enough quantities to learn and improve, but as Sakin Barclay said earlier this week, he is about to become a problem. He is a devil.
6. This was a good day for both backup backups. We know that William can catch Shipli, but he looked sharp and ridiculous in the early 38 Yards and ended with 48 yards on seven carries and a brief reception. And AJ Dillon, who was discharged with the packers with a neck injury last year, looked tight and healthy with a 5-for-27 rush, and a couple caught up to 18 yards. Dallon Green Bay was never going to receive high volume, but he looks very comfortably in catching the ball in the camp and he did on a
The couple’s goals on Thursday night. I am interested in how backup backback snaps will be distributed in a regular season. You think about shipley basically returned, but he looks good to run the ball. And you consider Dallon a primarily runner, but he likes to catch the ball. There will not be a ton of snaps to go behind the Second Barclay, but it seems that the Eagles are in good hands with both backups.
More observations along the way …
