Jessica Pegula Flying Austin Finalist to Wells India in Private Jet

After competing in the ATX Open final on Sunday, McCartney Kessler, Zhang Shuai, Yue Yuan and Anna Blinkova faced a long journey to the next event in Indian wells – until Jessica Pegula entered.

American Pegula, who defeated his compatriot KESSler 7-5 6–2 in the single final in Austin, offered four players to use his private jet to fly directly from Texas to California.

World number four even waited until after the dual final-final made Yue and Blinkova defeat Kessler and Shuai 3-6, 6-1 10-4-to make sure everyone could travel 1,263 miles.

The players will face a stopover in Los Angeles or a trip to the airport in Dallas and Houston, leaving a little time to prepare Indian wells, which began on Wednesday.

“He can go right after the single final, but she is a girl who is not selfish and generous,” Zhang China posted on Instagram.

“This message is not to show that I take a jet, (I) just want to appreciate and transfer love.”

Blinkova Russia and Yue China shared the story of Zhang on Instagram and also thanked the 31 -year -old pegula, whose billionaires had NFL Buffalo and NHL’s Buffalo Sabres bills.

Blinkova was interested in playing Kessler in the first round in India Wells, while Yue will play Dayana Yastremska from Ukraine.

Pegula, the fourth favored, has been given the first round bye. Zhang will enter a double event later in the tournament.
